To establish healthy relationships, providing a direct support to the entire organization that will aide and enhance the growth, leadership, evangelism, and effectiveness throughout the N.P.P.C.I. organization.
Seeking to save all men lives and establish faithful men, staff, and team members that will provide a clear path for organizational structure and empower individuals to work and advance in ministry.
To embrace every brother, regardless of age and position, equal opportunity to minister and embrace their spiritual gifts.
Develop a learning environment to cultivate and grow men from within N.P.P.C.I.
To promote and equip individuals to live a holy life of worship and to minister effectively with the talents, gifts of leadership, creativity, and discernment.
Establish good working relationships with all N.P.P.C.I. auxiliaries to offer support and assist them on their designated annual conferences.
