Vision

To establish harmony among every male of N.P.P.C.I. To unify all men so that we bond together and grow spiritually in ministry by participation,cooperation and demonstration in the N.P.P.C.I. brotherhood department.

Purpose

To establish healthy relationships, providing a direct support to the entire organization that will aide and enhance the growth, leadership, evangelism, and effectiveness throughout the N.P.P.C.I. organization.

Mission Statement

Seeking to save all men lives and establish faithful men, staff, and team members that will provide a clear path for organizational structure and empower individuals to work and advance in ministry.

To embrace every brother, regardless of age and position, equal opportunity to minister and embrace their spiritual gifts.

Develop a learning environment to cultivate and grow men from within N.P.P.C.I.

To promote and equip individuals to live a holy life of worship and to minister effectively with the talents, gifts of leadership, creativity, and discernment.

Establish good working relationships with all N.P.P.C.I. auxiliaries to offer support and assist them on their designated annual conferences.

The Brotherhood

· To cover every man, regardless of age and position, and provide an opportunity to participate and share their gifts or talents.

· Establish a learning environment to cultivate and develop more unity among brothers from within N.P.P.C.I. and abroad.

· To promote and equip men to live a life of worship and to minister effectively with the talent and gifts of leadership.

· Train and teach the entire Men’s Department the importance of dedication to ministry singers, ministers, and musicians to produce good works and distribute gospel message of Jesus Christ for N.P.P.C.I. to all men.
